I am 22 now and I have been using Internet since I was 16. 6 years ago when I lived in a small town, I used to check email as we were on the slowest connection of all times the Dial up and then after checking email if there was some time left then I used to practice some of the web hosting thing on the Dial up , which sounds to be silly but I Made around 200 free sub domains and each had its index.html file (not the one which web hosts provided).

Now a days the definition of Internet has changed for me as 6years ago I could not even think of earning money online but now I do earn a full time income online and this income has crossed $10,000 mark which means I have earned more than 3 Lakhs Indian Rupees out of which I have spent mostly in our home and on myself as well. So now a days when I do not use my Internet I let my PC run and download some torrent files so that I can get the latest movies , wallpapers and many other informative things which can not be got in your local market.
