In most cases the manufacturer will provide free postage and a special mail bag. Problem is that this whole process can take a long time, sometimes even weeks.

There’s no doubt that a little more work is worth the huge savings you can make when refilling inkjet cartridges. All methods have their good and bad points, at the end of the day it’s really what suits you best, but for most folks, buying printer refill kits is the winner.
