This is a Valid Page Rank as described by many page rank checkers . What is a Valid Page Rank , does this mean that you go on to work on a dropped domain and go ahead with its info page and you get a Valid Page Rank . I think that it is not a Valid page rank thing.

I am having a domain which is having a Page rank of 5 in this update and still it is not  valid in terms of Search Engines and all those page rank checkers.

Now I do have 3 months to make it a Valid Page rank 5 site and then I can sell it for what can be said a huge money . Dont you think so that it will be great when I can sell a site for $150 + and which I have registered just 10 or 12 days ago.

Meanwhile If I plan to earn more I can go ahead keep that domain and  make the links to site and have its PR as a valid one and sell the links or Blog Posts then I could Earn easily $50 per day from that and which will be considered as huge victory while I was thinking to sell it for $150 only .
