So, after all the process of searching laptops and their distributors and looking for all the good things and bad things in the laptops , I have finally purchased a Laptop. It is Acer 5920 series laptop with 1.83Ghz,160Gb Hard Disk, 2Gb RAM, and oh yes it’s worth mentioning that I got Linux installed on this laptop which I had to format. Now,after formatting , I got hold of Windows Vista DVD and a Windows XP CD. I installed both Windows Xp and Vista on the Laptop.

Now some of the people look for either of two operating systems but to my luck I got both installed. Now would you ask who did the install for me, Actually I did all the things myself , right from deleting the partition of linux and then creating partitions and then installing Windows Xp and Vista myself. Now I can say that after being a proud owner of a laptop, I feel like I am in heaven. and yes today I got a WiFi radio signal in my Laptop. It connected to Internet and I got the hold of IP address , it was 117.XXX.XXX.XXX the IP address from BSNL over the WiFi router provided from them.

So, I would keep you all updated on the stats and performance of the Laptop in the course of time.
